Dear parents and students, The D-Day for the most awaited event is approaching! Kindly note that the final presentations of the PYP Exhibition will now happen on 17th April 2021, Saturday. Half of the students ( 4 groups) will present in the morning i.e. from 9 am to 12 pm and the rest half from 1:00 to 4 pm. Please find the allocation in the given table below :

We would request all students to ensure they're present as per their group timings for the final presentations. It is mandatory for all students to stay in their respective groups from start to end. We would also want students to attend one more group as an audience, apart from their original Teacher In-Charge group. Further details will be discussed in the class too. Students can clarify their doubts/queries if any in the class.
We would want parents to provide a conducive place, without any noise in the background; and a strong internet connection to their ward for the final presentation. We will have an audience from inside and outside of the school community who will join us for this event. This is going to be a mega event for grade 6 and we would request all parents to participate by attending the presentations and motivating our students. The calendar invite and the flyers with the Meet Link to join the session & the sequence of the presentations will be shared soon. Parents can write to the respective Teacher In-charge or me, in case of any further queries.
